wildcat group fitness

Wildcat group fitness is a fun and social way to exercise. Let a certified fitness instructor motivate and lead you through a workout to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.

A variety of group fitness sessions are offered free to K-State students and facility card members.

Indoor cycling is a fee-based session. Space is limited to 14 people and the fee is shown on the chart below..

Wildcat group fitness instructors have completed a semester-long, in-house training or hold a nationally recognized group fitness certification.

* Only K-State students and Rec Services members age 18 and older are eligible to use the services of K-State fitness services.

Indoor Cycling Single session $3
Ten sessions $25
Twenty sessions $45
