Mission

The mission of Fitness and Nutrition Services is to provide the K-State campus community with health and fitness programming that promotes physical activity, healthy nutrition, and overall wellness. Services available to K-State students and facility members include group fitness sessions, personal training, nutrition consultations, and educational outreach presentations and workshops.

All students and facility members have the option to use Recreational Services' facilities on their own or as part of an organized program. Personal trainers provide one-on-one exercise and nutrition planning, while Wildcat Workouts offer a wide variety of both land and water group fitness classes. First aid care and injury evaluation services are also available through the Athletic Training Services/Sports Medicine Program.

Check here for a semester schedule of activities. Join us for one or all of these fitness and nutrition opportunities. Sign up in the administrative office.
