Rec review
Hello! My name is Thomas Deus, the new assistant director of facilities. I would like to first say "hello" to the K-State family and let you all know how excited I am to be here. As far as the Rec is concerned, we are excited to begin another semester and to welcome new faculty and students to campus.
Just as a reminder to those who may be new to the Rec or just have not been here in a while, a K-State ID or facility membership tag is still required to entry every time you use the facility.
We also encourage you to wear proper workout attire. We have a lot of areas that require athletic apparel in an effort to minimize injuries and damage to our equipment.
Start out the new school year by coming out to the Rec Compelx to check out the new pieces of equipment added over the summer. For your next workout, give one of these a try!

Sample Equipment on Trial
We are currently testing two new pieces of cardio based equipment. Both of them are Sci-Fit machines -- each targeting a different cardio area.
