Recreational swimming
The eight-lane swimming pool has lane lines for lap swimming. Swimmers move in a counter-clockwise circle, always staying to the right to accommodate sharing lanes.

The six-lane recreation pool provides for all aquatic activities: water basketball, family swim, water jogging, swimming, and water aerobics.

The diving pool has 1-meter and 3-meter boards.

Aqua group fitness
Aqua exercise provides a great workout with water resistance while decreasing impact on all joints and the spine. Exercise sessions are open to current students and pool facility members. No children under 18 are allowed during any of the group fitness sessions. Aqua group fitness sessions will have priority use of the pool during scheduled aqua group fitness sessions. View or download a group fitness schedule for specific sessions, days and times.

  • Aqua fitness is a combination of shallow and/or deep aqua fitness. Suitable for all levels.
  • Deep aqua fitness combines water buoyancy and resistance for zero impact. Suitable for all levels, high intensity.
  • Shallow aqua fitness utilizes water resistance and aqua equipment while minimizing impact on all joints, including the spine. All levels.

Flotation belts are provided. Belts may be used for individual deep water jogging during Recreational Services pool times if the diving well is not being used for diving.
