Adult members are allowed up to three guests per day. Dependents must show their membership key tag and are limited to one guest who must also be 14 years of age or older.
Dependents and extended family guidelines
Definition of a dependent is someone who receives their support from the ID holder and is claimed as a dependent on the ID holder’s tax return. ONLY dependents under 14 years of age will be admitted to the facilities at no charge and must be accompanied and directly supervised by their cardholding parent. An adult member may sponsor a total of three individuals, whether dependents or guests. Note: A parent bringing dependents to use facilities must present a membership key tag which identifies themself, not their spouse.
Dependents (14 years of age or older) may be sponsored by their cardholding parent to pay guest fees, remembering that all guests must remain in the company of their sponsoring host while using facilities. If dependents 14-22 years of age wish to use facilities without parental supervision, the cardholding parent must purchase membership for those dependents. Dependent members may not bring in siblings under the age of 14.
Dependents (under age of 14): This policy is for the safety of children and all participants, to eliminate improper use and damage of equipment, and to allow for easier and more consistent supervision. Children are not allowed anywhere on the second floor except being carried in a backpack on the track. Strollers are not allowed on the tracks. Parents with children in backpacks, child carriers, or strollers are allowed use of cardio equipment in video lounge area only but not in main cardio area in east end of building or any cardio equipment on second floor mall track area. Children are not allowed in exercise sessions. Children in baby carriers of any type, as well as any child under the age of 14, are not allowed in or around any type of weight training equipment (machines or free weights). Children are not allowed in the saunas. At the Natatorium, children under 14 years must be under constant and strict supervision. Infants in diapers should wear an approved swim diaper or tight-fitting, lightweight cloth diapers covered by rubber pants with elastic at the legs and waist. Parents must be in the water with their youngsters if the children are not water competent.

Membership may be purchased by current cardholder for their immediate family, relatives/guests as follows:

• A one-month membership may be purchased without option of renewal. Any period of time longer than one month must be requested by a letter to the Director explaining the circumstances.
