All Wildcat Group Fitness Instructors have completed a semester long in-house proficiency training and either hold or are working towards a nationally recognized group fitness instuctor certification. Wildcat Group Fitness Instructors have the knowledge, skills, and experience to provide a fun and energetic fitness atmosphere for you and your friends. Wildcat instructors will follow industry standards and guidelines put forth by nationally recognized fitness organizations to provide safe and effective group fitness routines.
